This is a great video but your foul your foot foul had debris on it before you start using it. I use these foot files and they can be tricky. It's best to clean these se foot files with a brush and soap. You can't just rinse these off and brush them off with your hand. You have to use a nail brush a nylon nail brush to remove all the debris and then even after you sterilize you need to check before you use

It's elegant and boring.😜

I do as you Marina, I also put top coat on the underside. But I use a small narrow brush. It's as you say, it keeps the underside cleaner.😉

Can someone help me to tell my fucking teachers what they do is wrong first thing they don’t let us clean the cuticle properly they say if it’s necessarily cut or any hang nail not the cuticle itself so if the clients cuticle line is unclean that’s gonna cause the gel to lift up right? I don’t know how these teacher’s becoming Esthetician like probably watching your vid is more helpful then them

I have bunions on both of my feet, it comes from my father side. two of my sisters have had the surgery. just myself and my other sister thst hasn't had the surgery. i have a hard time cutting my toe nails, essentially my left foot. i have a nail kit ,whst can i fo to make this easier gor me.

I rarely get longer nails, if I do the nails themselves are short unless I use nail growth polish the clear kind that's Sally Hansen brand. Once my nails get longer I barely have any nail on my finger, most of the nail is sticking off the finger. The part of the nail that sticks off ends up breaking off or gets dirt under the nails and I can't get the dirt out of under the nails so I end up chewing them off. If I try to clip off the nail that's sticking off the tip of the fingers they end up breaking off or I try to shape them down and end up the nails get back to the small teeny tiny nails they usually are. I wish my nails were longer only on my skin. My nails are always teeny tiny on my finger.
